1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Saneo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Saneo offers services in:

  • •Regenerative medicine
  • •Yoga and meditation classes (Breathe & Move)
  • •Sale of health care products

3. Account Registration

To use certain services, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • •Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • •All activities that occur under your account
  • •Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
  • •Keeping your information up to date

4. Bookings and Cancellations

4.1 Booking Policy

  • •Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
  • •Availability is subject to confirmation
  • •Some services require prior medical evaluation

4.2 Cancellation Policy

  • •Cancellations 24+ hours in advance: full refund
  • •Cancellations 12-24 hours: 50% charge
  • •Cancellations less than 12 hours or no-show: full charge

5. Payments and Billing

  • •We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PSE and bank transfers
  • •Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • •Prices include VAT where applicable
  • •Memberships are automatically renewed until cancelled

6. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

  • •Provide accurate and complete medical information
  • •Follow medical instructions and prescribed treatments
  • •Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
  • •Behave respectfully towards staff and other users
  • •Not share your account with third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Saneo or its content providers and is protected by Colombian intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • •Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • •We do not guarantee specific treatment results
  • •We are not responsible for adverse reactions from undisclosed pre-existing conditions
  • •Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

9. Medical Confidentiality

All medical information is handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with Colombian legislation on personal data protection and medical professional secrecy (Law 23 of 1981 and Law 1581 of 2012).

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Colombia.
